Harmony Safaris Tours contract of understanding
A non-refundable deposit of 20% for each person is required when booking.
This booking fee is accepted as part of the inclusive fare and will only be refunded if the application cannot be accommodated.
At least 50% of the full amount due by the client to the company shall be payable not less than four weeks prior to the date of departure.
Bookings made within four weeks of the departure date must be paid in full immediately. No trip will commence unless payment is fully effected.
Cancelations
A full refund will be provided if cancellation occurs in writing 60 days prior to the commencement of the tour. Refund on all prepaid money will be based on cancellation fees levied by hotels and lodges. There is a 50% charge on cancellation within 14-35 days, 75% charge within 2-14 days less than 48hrs no refund.
